Dontae

is a professional speaker, youth mentor, and servant leader who ​uses masterful storytelling and humor to inspire young men entering college to ​believe in themselves, walk in their gifts, and confidently lead in their homes, in their ​communities, and on their campuses.

Through workshops, keynotes, and training, Dontae takes you through his journey ​from being a boy growing up on the south side of Dallas, TX, to being a student on ​the University of Texas campus in Arlington. His story of failure as an undergrad and ​student leader, redirection from over ten years of radio experience to using his voice ​to inspire and speak life into others will make you laugh, motivate you to be better, ​and challenge you to become the leader that you were always created to be.

Today, Dontae resides in Dallas, TX, using his gifts in schools, churches, and ​podcasts to inspire anyone who will listen. In his free time, he loves to spend time ​with his family and friends, eat good vegan food, and watch 90’s romantic comedies.

From retooling their lived experiences to ​building intentional relationships, Dontae equips ​men with the internal resources to transition well ​into their next season and continually evolve as ​leaders in their homes, communities, and ​campuses.
